Tn3 Transposon Finder

Tn3 Transposon Finder (Tn3_finder) is a program for the automatic prediction of transposable elements of the Tn3 family in bacteria and archaea. It compares bacterial and archaeal genome sequences to custom Tn3 transposase+resolvase databases. Results are written in report files and pre-annotated GenBank files to help in subsequent manual curation.
