ISPa13 is 63% aa similar to ISPa12. They have the same IRs except for one mismatch in IRL of ISPa13. ISPa13 and ISPa12 flank a beta-lactamase gene in direct orientation. This structure is probably a composite tranposon since there are no DRs flanking the individual ISs but the entire structure is flanked by 8 bp ( GGCGTAAA ). ISPa12 and ISPa13 are clarely related.
