Comments
ISAba57 is 95% aa (transposase) similar to ISAca1.
The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frmaeshift.
ISAba57 was found in the same position downstream of the repAci10 gene in the Acinetobacter baumannii plasmids pAB2-OXA58-NDM1 and pNDM1-010045 (GenBank accession CP028560), flanked by a 4 bp target site duplication. A copy of ISAba57 identical to the one in pNDM1-010045 was identified in the chromosome of Acinetobacter junii WCHAJ59 (GenBank accession CP028800), flanked by a different 4 bp target site duplication. A copy that differs from that in pNDM1-010045 by three nucleotides was identified in the chromosome of Acinetobacter johnsonii LXL_C1 (GenBank accession CP031011), where it is not flanked by a target site duplication.
