The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
This IS is disrupted by a copy of ISAbe6 (IS3 family), the sequence was reconstructed in silico by deletion of the ISAbe6 sequence and one of the direct repeat (4 bp) generated by this insertion.
