ISPye24 was identified by in silico nucleotide sequence analysis of Paracoccus yeei strains: CCUG 32053 and FDAARGOS_252. IN FDAARGOS_252 there are 3 reconstructed copies (isoforms of ISPye24) disrupted by insertion of another IS into the IR (in the same position) - possibly a mosaic transposable element.
The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
