ISPye5 was identified by in silico nucleotide sequence analysis of Paracoccus yeei strain FDAARGOS_252 (there are 6 copies of ISPye5 and isoforms of ISPye5 present in the genome) and P. yeei TT13 (3 copies). The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
