The last four insertion sites correspond to a pair of transposons which occur in opposite orientation. If the current genome configuration would have resulted from a genome inversion, each transposon would have had a 9 bp target duplication prior to the inversion. The genome assembly is definitely correct, so that in the genome as is, these transposons do not have a target duplication.
