ISPsp7 is 94% aa similar to ISUnCu4. ISPsp7 has been identified by its transposition to entrapment vector pMAT1 (sacB cassette). As judged from DNA hybridization analysis ISPsp7 is present in 2 copies in the genome of Pseudomonas sp. ZM2. Homologous sequences were also detected by DNA hybridization in Pseudomonas sp.
