AJ863570 and EF628291); they have a conserved 3.7 kb 3' fragment and a variable configuration of the 5' end. This copy of ISPsy30 in strain NCPPB 3335 has entrapped the Type III secretion system effector gene hopAF1 (ORF1 : passenger gene).
ISPsy30 is 77% (ORF2 : the resolvase) aa similar to ISMpo10 and 49% (ORF3 : the transposase) to ISShfr9.
