No DR was identified in any of the five copies of ISLxc4 sequenced by our group.
There is a purine rich site (ntd 431-437) within ISLxc4 that may promote the slippery of codon during translation. If it is true, the coupled translation of both ORFs would result in a 381 amino acid long transposase (ORF3).
ISLxc4 is respectively 67% aa similar to ISLxc3.
