ISFsp6 is 59% aa similar to ISFsp5. ISFsp6 was found by screening completely sequenced genomes for sequences homologous to the ISAva1 transposase using BLASTP. Multiple sequence alignments revealed a conserved DDE motif : D(N2)-79-D(N3)-108-E(C1). The sequencing of the Frankia sp. EAN1pec chromosome is currently in progress. Accession: NZ_AAII00000000.
