ISDpr1 is 76% aa similar to ISDar2. ISDpr1 was found by screening completely sequenced genomes for sequences homologous to the ISRso13 transposase using BLASTP. Multiple sequence alignments revealed a conserved DDE motif : D(N2)-65-D(N3)-102-E(C1). The sequencing of the delta proteobacterium MLMS-1 chromosome is currently in progress. Accession number: NZ_AAQF00000000.
