Note that IS4400 (Robillard et al., 1985) is closely related (maybe identical) to IS4351, is not and will not be sequenced (M. Malamy, personal communication). It originates from Bacteroides fragilis (Tn4400 from pBFTM10), is 1.15 kb and is active.
