One nt different with IS1067. Tn5280 is a composite transposon [IS1066 - IS1067] carrying the chlorobenzene dioxygenase tcbAB gene cluster. Considering the observations made on other IS630-related elements, the limits of IS1066 and IS1067 have been reconsidered: the TA is considered as the DRs. All IS1066 and IS1067 coordinates have been changed accordingly.
