Comments
As no intact copy of ISBlo9 is found in the genome of NCC2705, an in silico reconstruction is proposed. One copy of ISBlo9 is truncated by the insertion of ISBlo1d, the other is only a remnant of 158 bp (91.9% identity). The second ORF has no stop codon. An alignement with the transposase of IS1485 revealed a probable frameshift (350-991)join(993-1190) (PEP3).
