IS1664 is 69% aa similar to ISEcB1. The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
August 1 2012 : the file of ISYe (Accession number : M29945 [P]) will be replaced by the most closely related sequence IS1664. Comments of the ISYe file :
ISYe is a vestigial element located 29 bp downstream of the ail (attachment invasion locus) gene of Yersinia enterocolitica (Miller et al., 1990). It is missing about 550 bp of its left end. ISYe DNA sequence shares 60 % DNA identity with IS150 (from coordinates 560 to 1443).
