ISRo1 is located upstream of hoxF, hoxU, hoxY, hoxH and HoxW, a gene cluster encoding the NAD-reducing hydrogenase in the linear plasmid pHG201 from Rhodococcus opacus (Grzeszik et al., 1997). ISRo1 putative transposase is 59 % identical to that of IS1311 from Mycobacterium avium.
