The six copies in strain IS123 appear clustered specifically within the pSym nod region.
The ends of ISRh1 were not typical of IS6 family sequences, ATG of reading frame is within IRL. An alternative initiation codon is located at coordinate 40, downstream for the IR.
ISRh1 was 55% aa similar with ISS1.
