ISPye40 is 96% aa similar to ISPbe2.
ISPye40 was identified in Paracoccus sp. UBA2633 (whole genome sequencing) and Paracoccus yeei strain 32053 (isoform). The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
