ISPye49 was identified by in silico sequence analysis of Paracoccus yeei CCUG 32053 (1 copy, reconstructed - disrupted by insertion of ISPye48 into IRR) and Paracoccus zhejiangensis strain J6 (1 isoform).
The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed by possible -1 frameshift.
