ISPye34 is 97% aa similar to ISOba1.
ISPye34 was identified by in silico nucleotide sequence analysis of Paracoccus yeei strain FDAARGOS_252. There are 3 reconstructed copies disrupted by insertion of ISPye16 (IS110 family) in the same position - possibly a mosaic transposable element. The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
