ISPye1 is 81% aa similar to ISMra6.
ISPye1 was identified by in silico nucleotide sequence analysis of Paracoccus yeei strain FDAARGOS_252 (15 copies of this IS present in the genome). The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
