ISBt2 is 66% aa similar to ISHaha4. The third ORF is the putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
August 2 2012 : the file with partial sequence (Accession number : S68409 [P]) was replaced by the most closely related sequence (99% of DNA identity).
ISBt2 is related to IS150. ISBt2 is located downstream of the CryIIB gene on a 6.5 kb HindIII fragment (Hodgman et al., 1993). The 45-aa ORF is 41.8 % identical to the C-terminal end of IS150 ORF2.
