The third ORF is a putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible +1 frameshift.

ISPko4 was identified by in silico nucleotide sequence analysis of Paracoccus kondratievae plasmid pKON1 (95 kb). This IS is present in 2 copies in the pKON1 genome (1 copy of ISPko4 and 1 copy of its isoform ISPko4a).
