ISH32 is 94% aa similar to ISH30.
In plasmid pHS3, this element has been targetted by an ISH8 element after base 1501, causing an 11 bp target duplication (CCGCCTCGAAG). A subsequent inversion between this and another copy of ISH8 has separated the parts of this element. Reconstruction of the original insertion site identifies a 10 bp target duplication.
