A partial ISDha15 sequence was originally found in Desulfitobacterium hafniense strain TCE1 (Maillard et al., 2005). The draft genome of Desulfitobacterium dichloroeliminans strain DCA1 allowed the identification of the complete ISDha15 sequence, and of its features.
