ISLac1 is 62% aa simialr to IS663. There are 2 copies in Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM genome, at coordinates : complement(77565-79397) and 1916505-1918337. The transposase of the first copy is longer than the IS sequence, it use the first STOP codon after the IRR.
