ISSoc15 is 99% aa similar to ISSoc4.
The third ORF is a putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
SSoc15 transposase was obtained by a frameshift ( 8A motif ). At the same position in ISSoc4, there is an 9A motif. So it is possible that one of the two IS is the result of a ponctual mutation at this position.
