All of these elements contain an identical potential frameshift window. However ISAli12A contains only a single ORF not requiring frameshifting whereas the equivalent transposase of ISAli12B requires a frameshifting event.
The third ORF is putative ORFAB transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
