ISPst8 was observed within an integron gene cassette in the chromosome of Pseudomonas stutzeri ATCC 17595. Th e stop codon is in the DR.
ISPst8 is 92%(ORFA) and 89% (ORFB) aa similar to ISPsy15.
The third ORF is a putative transposase reconstructed in silico by possible -1 frameshift.
