An isoform of ISPen2 has been identified in Pseudomonas sp. LM15 (KJ940995) by its transposition to entrapment vector pMAT1 (sacB cassette). As judged from DNA hybridization analysis ISPen2 is present in 2 copies in the genome of Pseudomonas sp. LM15. Homologous sequences were also detected by DNA hybridization in Pseudomonas sp. LM5, Pseudomonas sp. LM6, Pseudomonas mendocina strain LM7, Pseudomonas sp. LM8, Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain LM10, Pseudomonas sp. LM11, Pseudomonas sp. LM12, Pseudomonas sp. LM14, Pseudomonas sp.
