ISPhsp1 is 88% aa similar to ISVisp1. ISPhsp1 was found by screening completely sequenced genomes for sequences homologous to the ISAva1 transposase using BLASTP. Multiple sequence alignments revealed a conserved DDE motif : D(N2)-73-D(N3)-105-E(C1). The sequencing of the Photobacterium sp. SKA34 chromosome is currently in progress. Accession: NZ_AAOU00000000.
