ISFsp5 is 61% aa similar to ISMfl1. ISFsp5 was found by screening completely sequenced genomes for sequences homologous to the ISRso13 transposase using BLASTP. Multiple sequence alignments revealed a conserved DDE motif : D(N2)-75-D(N3)-121-E(C1). The sequencing of the Frankia sp. EAN1pec chromosome is currently in progress. Accession number: NZ_AAII00000000.
